I bring with me over 10 years of contract drafting, interpretation and negotiating experience as a transactional lawyer (specializing in corporate, banking and securities law) in Seoul, Korea, Hong Kong and Dallas; over 10 years of experience and understanding of the local school districts as tutor and college consultant (I'll get you into USC without the jailtime! LOL); and over 25 years of living and watching growth in the DFW Metroplex. The common thread running through my three careers in law, education/consulting, and real estate is advising.
